Dane Watts,
6-8" Senior post player, scored 61 points this week in three games to
lead the Warrensburg Tigers to an early 3-0 record this season. His early
season average is 20.3 points per game. He has also pulled down 32
rebounds for a 10.7 average during the Tiger's opening week of the season.
On Friday night in Boonville, Dane eclipsed the 1000 point mark of his
career as a Tiger. Through Saturday's game he now has 1043 points overall.
Dane has already committed to playing basketball at Creighton University
the next four years.
